Passly may provide services including:

  1. Event listing and management.
  2. Online ticket sales.
  3. Electronic ticket delivery.
  4. Payment processing through authorised payment providers.
  5. Ticket verification and event-entry support.
  6. Event-related customer support.
  7. Other digital services associated with event management and ticketing.

Passly may work with independent event organisers, businesses, venues and other partners to provide these services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Passly, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the services provided through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Passly or purchase tickets through the platform.

3. Events and Event Organisers

Events listed on Passly may be organised and operated by independent event organisers, businesses, venues or other third parties.

Passly provides the technology and ticketing services that facilitate the listing, sale and delivery of tickets. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Passly is not the organiser, promoter or venue operator of the event.

The event organiser remains responsible for the event itself, including its scheduling, venue, content, admission requirements and event-specific rules.

4. Ticket Purchases

Customers may purchase tickets by selecting an available event and providing the information requested during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the event details, ticket type, quantity, price and applicable conditions before completing a purchase.

A ticket purchase is considered completed once the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed and the ticket has been issued or made available for download.

5. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets or communicating with Passly.

This may include:

  1. Full name.
  2. Email address.
  3. Telephone or mobile number.
  4. Information required for ticket fulfilment.
  5. Other information reasonably required to complete a transaction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate. Passly may be unable to deliver or support a ticket where incorrect information has been supplied.

6. Payment Processing

Payments made through Passly may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.

Customers may be required to complete additional authentication or authorisation steps required by the applicable payment provider or financial network.

Passly does not guarantee the availability of every payment method for every event or transaction.

7. Ticket Delivery and Download

Passly provides electronic tickets. Once the associated payment has been successfully confirmed, the customer may be provided with access to a ticket confirmation or download page.

Customers may download their ticket to their device and should retain it in an accessible and secure location for presentation at the applicable event.

Where an email address has been provided, Passly may also send a ticket, ticket information or purchase confirmation by email.

8. Ticket Use and Admission

Tickets are issued for the event, date, ticket type and other details shown on the ticket or associated purchase.

Customers are responsible for complying with the event organiser's admission requirements and venue rules.

The event organiser may verify tickets at entry and may refuse admission where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, previously used, or otherwise does not satisfy the applicable admission requirements.

9. Ticket Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their electronic tickets, QR codes, barcodes and other admission credentials secure.

Customers should not knowingly share ticket credentials where doing so could result in unauthorised use.

Passly is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer voluntarily sharing or exposing their ticket credentials.

10. Event Changes, Cancellation and Postponement

Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled by the relevant event organiser.

Where an event is changed or cancelled, the applicable arrangements, including any refund eligibility, will generally be determined by the event organiser in accordance with the applicable event policy and law.

Passly may assist with communicating relevant information and facilitating approved refunds where applicable.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and customer-initiated cancellations are governed by the applicable Passly Refund & Cancellation Policy and any event-specific refund conditions presented to the customer before purchase.

Depending on the event, tickets may be refundable, partially refundable, refundable only before a specified date, or non-refundable.

Customers should review the applicable conditions before completing a ticket purchase.

12. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

A payment attempt that is declined, unsuccessful, cancelled, pending or otherwise unconfirmed does not necessarily constitute a completed ticket purchase.

Customers should avoid repeatedly attempting payment where they are unsure whether a previous transaction was successful.

Customers who believe they have been charged more than once should contact Passly support so the relevant transactions can be reviewed.

13. Ticket Delivery Problems

If payment has been successfully completed but a ticket has not become available, the customer should contact Passly support as soon as possible.

Passly will make reasonable efforts to verify the transaction and provide the customer with their valid ticket where the purchase has been successfully completed.

A delay or failure in receiving a ticket does not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate information during checkout.
  2. Reviewing event and ticket information before purchase.
  3. Completing required payment or authentication steps.
  4. Keeping downloaded tickets and ticket credentials secure.
  5. Complying with applicable event and venue requirements.
  6. Contacting Passly promptly where a transaction or ticket problem occurs.

15. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use Passly for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unauthorised purposes.

Customers must not:

  1. Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Passly platform.
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information.
  3. Use Passly to facilitate fraudulent transactions.

  6. Use the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Passly and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, design, text, graphics and other materials provided through Passly.

Customers may use the platform and downloaded tickets for their intended personal or authorised event-related purposes but may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Passly materials without appropriate permission.

17. Third-Party Services

Passly may rely on third-party services, including payment providers, telecommunications services, hosting infrastructure, email services and other technology providers.

The availability and operation of third-party services may affect parts of the Passly experience. Passly cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

18. Privacy and Personal Information

Passly may collect and process personal information necessary to provide ticketing, payment-related and customer-support services.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Passly Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Customers should review the Passly Privacy Policy to understand how their information may be collected, used and shared.

19. Service Availability and Technical Issues

Passly aims to provide a reliable ticketing service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, telecommunications problems, payment-provider outages, internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure or other circumstances beyond Passly's reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Responsibility

Passly provides a technology and ticketing service and is generally not responsible for matters relating to the organisation or operation of an event where those matters are controlled by the independent event organiser.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Passly is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party service failures, incorrect customer information, or an organiser's event decisions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Changes to These Terms
